CONPASA Assemblies

The General Assembly is the highest governing body of our organization, and is the supreme authority of the CONPASA.

According to the statutes the General Assembly may be ordinary or extraordinary. The General Assembly "will dictate the General Regulations of the Statutes of the Confederation. Once approved by the General Assembly, the Regulations can be amended by an Extraordinary General Assembly, in which the agenda of that Assembly will include a notice of intent to amend the Statutes".
